DIMENSIONAL WEALTH ®
What is Dimensional Wealth?
Dimensional Wealth® is a framework I developed to explain the unseen forces, patterns and energies, or dynamics, that shape our relationship with wealth and influence how we evolve through life. This framework can be used as a compass and guide, to help you get back on the right path, after a financial shock has occurred or if you feel lost and don’t know where to begin.
It began as the Seven Stages® of Financial Freedom: a way of mapping the financial and emotional journey from dependency towards greater choice and autonomy.
As my work deepened, the framework continued to evolve. In 2024, it became The Sacred Wealth Mandala™: a concept that emerged through a period of my life when I had to rebuild my finances and myself, after experiencing financial and economic abuse, within a former business relationship.
What began as a linear path towards financial freedom had revealed itself to be something far more expansive: a living map of the many dimensions through which we experience wealth.
THREE TIERS - THIRTEEN DIMENSIONS
-
Bondage
This is the lowest dimension of wealth. A place where autonomy is stripped from you, choice feels limited and life can begin to feel like a hole you cannot climb out of.
It may take the form of:
Financial and economic abuse
When money is used to control, restrict or exploit another person.Debt entrapment and financial bondage
When repayments, interest or financial obligations consume your income and limit your choices.Dependency on others
When your security, access to money or ability to make decisions rests in someone else’s hands.Gambling and addiction
When compulsive behaviour begins to damage your finances, relationships and sense of control.
The financial consequences of trauma
When survival, fear or past experiences continue to shape your relationship with money and your ability to feel safe.It does not matter how or why you arrived here, the first step towards recovery is recognition.
Seeing the situation clearly, without judgement or shame, allows you to understand what is happening and begin taking meaningful steps towards safety, stability and greater autonomy.
Recovery may not happen all at once. It often begins with one decision, one boundary or one person who helps you see that there is a better life out there.

Resilience
This is the tier financial advice tends to mistake for a destination.
It is not.
Resilience is the stage in which we rebuild our strength and find our footing after a storm. It gives us the stability to move forward, but it is not the final evolution of wealth.
You cannot build solid foundations on shifting sands and your finances are no different.
The evolution through this tier is much like learning to walk: we need to find out balance and learn to trust our own footing.
Balance begins with Order.
When our lives are chaotic, our money often becomes disordered too. We may continue serving other people, remain in work that drains us, or make financial decisions based on what is expected of us rather than what is true for us.
Over time, this creates distortion. We become disconnected from our own needs, values and direction.
Order creates the space for Alignment: the point at which our financial choices begin to reflect who we truly are, what we value and the life we genuinely want to build. Everything else almost falls into place. I believe this is because we are no longer living a lie. Authenticity delivers happiness, and life starts to Flow.
Building resilience is therefore about more than creating financial security. It is about restoring emotional balance, reclaiming personal agency and developing the confidence to shape a life that feels like our own.
Within this tier, we move through five stages:
Order
Creating structure, clarity and stability where there was once disorder.Balance
Finding a sustainable rhythm between our financial needs, responsibilities and wellbeing.Alignment
Bringing our money, choices and way of life into closer relationship with our values.Empowerment
Recognising that we have choices and developing the confidence to act upon them.Expansion
Using our growing stability, confidence and resources to create new possibilities.Resilience is not the destination.
It is the solid ground from which the next evolution of wealth can begin.
-
Abundance
Once we find our Flow, establish supportive routines and bring our lives into alignment, we create the conditions in which Abundance can grow.
Modern life often gives us a distorted picture of what Abundance looks like. Social media tells us that we need a seven-figure business, an eight-figure income or a life filled with visible luxury before we can consider ourselves wealthy.
We do not.
Abundance is not reserved for people with private jets, limousines or extraordinary levels of income. It is a state of being: the ability to recognise, receive and enjoy the richness already present within our lives.
We must learn to attune ourselves to it.
This means noticing what brings us joy, appreciating what is working and allowing ourselves to feel fulfilled without constantly searching for the next achievement, acquisition or external sign of success.
The challenge is to tune into our lives rather than tune out of them.
Abundance may be found in time, health, meaningful work, loving relationships, creativity, purpose, financial security or the freedom to spend an ordinary afternoon exactly as we choose.
However, even Abundance can become another form of bondage when we are driven by excess, comparison or the relentless pursuit of more.
Without Freedom, we may possess a great deal and still feel trapped by the life we have built.
Financial Freedom and Emotional Freedom are therefore equally important. One gives us greater choice over our external circumstances. The other allows us to live without being controlled by fear, expectation, approval or the need to prove our worth.
The meaning of Freedom will be different for each of us.
When we understand what Abundance and Freedom genuinely mean in our own lives, we stop chasing someone else’s version of wealth.
We begin to recognise that the life we have been searching for may already be much closer than we think.
