For decades, I have helped doctors make sense of the NHS Pension Scheme when it feels complex, stressful, or simply overwhelming. Over time, that work has led to me being recognised as one of the country’s leading experts. I created the NHS Pension Academy after a firm of financial advisers asked me to train their team, so they could better support doctors dealing with complex pension tax charges.

I still work with a wide range of clients; business owners, entrepreneurs, members of the British government, journalists, and life coaches.

I am also an Ambassador for Standards International, working to raise awareness of financial abuse in both domestic and business settings.
